1. Top Cover Layer (approx. 1.0-1.5mm thick): In direct contact with the material, providing load-bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and anti-slip properties. Different surface patterns can be designed as needed (e.g., diamond pattern, grass pattern, herringbone pattern, smooth surface, etc.).
2. Skeleton Layer (polyester canvas, typically 2-3 layers): Provides longitudinal tensile strength and transverse toughness of the belt, determining the maximum working tension and dimensional stability of the belt. A 3mm thickness usually means a higher number of layers and stronger tensile strength.
3. Bottom Cover Layer (approx. 0.5-1.0mm thick): In contact with the drive roller, providing frictional driving force and abrasion resistance; typically a smooth surface design.
4. Edge Treatment: Edges can be cut or sealed to prevent delamination and wear.
