Structural Design

 

1. Multi-layer Composite Structure: Generally, a multi-layer composite structure is adopted. Conductive materials or conductive fibers can be added to the middle layers to form a conductive network, allowing static electricity to be quickly conducted and released.

2. Conductive Fibers: Conductive fibers such as stainless steel fibers or carbon fibers are added to the woven layers to form conductive channels inside the conveyor belt, preventing static electricity accumulation.

3. Grounding Design: A grounding device is usually equipped, which, through connection to the equipment's metal frame or grounding wire, quickly conducts static electricity to the ground.

 

 

Production Process

 

During the production process, conductive fillers need to be uniformly dispersed in the PU material to form a continuous conductive network. The surface resistivity and volume resistivity of the PU conveyor belt must be precisely controlled. Simultaneously, advanced surface treatment technologies such as plasma treatment or chemical treatment are employed to improve the surface properties of the PU material and enhance its conductivity and antistatic effects.
