Introduction
Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belts are high-performance conveyor belts specifically designed for conveying bulk materials at large angles (0°–90°). Their corrugated sidewall design provides stronger lateral support, effectively improving material stability during conveying and preventing material tilting or falling. These types of conveyor belts are widely used in applications requiring vertical or inclined conveying, and are suitable for industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, and chemicals.
Product Structure
1. Base Belt
Using cotton canvas, nylon, polyester, or steel wire rope as the skeleton material, it possesses high tensile strength and lateral rigidity.
The surface can be covered with a rubber or PVC coating that offers wear resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, and flame retardancy.
2. Corrugated Sidewalls
Featuring an "S" or "W" shaped corrugated structure, typically 40–630 mm high, effectively preventing material slippage.
The corrugated design allows the belt to wrap around small-diameter rollers without tearing, improving flexibility and durability.
3. Cleats
Types include T-type, C-type, TC-type, and TCS-type, with heights ranging from 35 mm to 600 mm.
Together with the sidewalls, they form a "material hopper," enabling conveying at large angles or even vertically.

Maintenance and precautions
1. Regular inspection:
Check whether the connection between the sidewall and the base belt is debonded or whether the partition is loose, and repair or replace it in time.
Clean the material residue on the base belt to prevent foreign objects from wearing the belt.
2. Deviation adjustment:
During inclined conveying, it is easy to deviate due to uneven material distribution, which needs to be corrected by adjusting the tensioning device or installing self-aligning rollers.
3. Environmental control:
High temperature environment requires heat-resistant rubber (such as silicone), and low temperature environment requires anti-hardening of the belt (such as adding antifreeze).

1. Material Characteristics: Name, bulk density, particle size, moisture content, angle of repose, temperature, abrasiveness, corrosivity.
2. Conveying Requirements: Horizontal length, lifting height, theoretical conveying capacity (t/h).
3. Operating Conditions: Ambient temperature, whether there are explosion-proof/corrosion-proof/food-grade requirements.
4. Equipment Layout: Finalize the conveyor inclination angle, center distance between the head and tail rollers, and space constraints.
