Its unique herringbone pattern increases friction between the conveyor belt and the material, preventing slippage. Its operating temperature range is typically -10℃ to +80℃. 1. Surface: High-density food-grade/industrial-grade PVC, pressed into a continuous herringbone pattern to increase friction between the material and the belt surface; customizable colors include white, green, gray, and blue.

2. Core Layer: Multi-layer polyester fabric (e.g., two-layer fabric, two-layer rubber), providing high tensile strength, low elongation, and good lateral stability to prevent belt misalignment.

3. Bottom Layer: Smooth PVC reduces frictional resistance with rollers.

4. Joints: Supports hot-melt toothed joints (seamless, smooth) and steel buckle joints (quick installation, suitable for frequent replacements).

3. Heat-fused joints are preferred for high-speed/long-distance conveying; steel snap joints are suitable for temporary emergency use or equipment requiring frequent disassembly.
