The Green PVC Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt is a lightweight industrial conveyor belt specifically designed for steep incline or vertical transport. This product uses high-strength PVC as its base material, equipped with corrugated sidewalls and transverse partitions, forming a continuous "bucket" structure that effectively prevents material slippage or spillage during inclined transport, allowing for material lifting at any angle from 0 to 90 degrees.

1. High-strength and high-wear-resistant base tape with large lateral stiffness and longitudinal flexibility.

2. High-strength hot vulcanized rubber corrugated rib.

3. Transverse partitions to prevent objects from sliding down. The bottom of the side wall is combined with the separator and the base band by thermal vulcanization. The height of the side wall and the separator can reach 40-630mm, and canvas is attached to the side wall to enhance the tear resistance of the side wall.
