Nylon-based conveyor belts use high-strength synthetic fiber-nylon (polyamide fiber)-as the skeleton material (i.e., the load-bearing layer) of the conveyor belt. These nylon canvases undergo special weaving and impregnation treatments and are multi-layered to form the belt core, which is then covered with a wear-resistant rubber surface. They feature high strength, low elongation, good bending strength, powerful conveying capacity, and high tensile strength.
