Installation and Maintenance
1. Ensure the pulleys are parallel and aligned.
2. Maintain proper tension. Excessive tension increases bearing load, while insufficient tension leads to slippage.
3. Use specialized connectors (such as steel clips, adhesive bonding, or ultrasonic welding) to create a loop belt. The joint should be smooth and even.
4. Regularly inspect and clean the belt, avoiding scratches from sharp objects.
