1.PVC conveyor belt:

Precautions for Use
1. Avoid direct contact with sharp or hard objects to prevent scratching the conveyor belt surface or damaging the frame material;
2. The temperature of the conveyed material must not exceed the rated operating temperature of the conveyor belt. High-temperature materials need to be cooled in advance or a high-temperature resistant model should be selected;
3. Clean the surface of the conveyor belt regularly to avoid prolonged residue of oil and corrosive substances;
4. During installation, ensure that the rollers and idlers are parallel and the tension is moderate to avoid conveyor belt deviation or excessive stretching;
5. Avoid excessive load on the joint. After heat vulcanization, allow the joint to stand for 24 hours before use.
