Introduction
Ptfe Food Conveyor Belt is a conveyor belt made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE is a high-performance plastic material with high temperature resistance (from low temperature -140℃ to high temperature 260℃), corrosion resistance (not affected by most chemicals and solvents), and anti-sticking (for almost all adhesives, such as resins, coatings, chemicals, etc., it can be easily removed). Maintenance and care
1. Daily cleaning
Wipe the surface with warm water or neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid) to remove food residues; stubborn stains can be gently brushed with a soft brush, and avoid using sharp tools such as steel wool to scratch the coating.
Avoid using highly corrosive detergents (such as strong acids and alkalis) to avoid damaging the PTFE coating.
2. Regular inspection
Check whether the conveyor belt is worn, cracked or the coating is peeling off, especially at the joints (usually hot melt welding or high-frequency welding process is used, and it is necessary to check whether it is firm).
Adjust the tension of the conveyor belt to avoid slipping due to too looseness or stretching deformation due to too tightness.
3. Storage requirements
Store in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and contact with sharp objects to prevent aging or damage of the coating.
