Core Commissioning Steps:
1. Empty Load Test Run
After starting the equipment, observe whether the conveyor belt is running off-center, slipping, or vibrating abnormally. If there is any deviation, fine-tune the position of the rollers/idler rollers (adjustment range ≤1mm/m).
Check the bearing temperature (normal ≤60℃) and whether the motor current exceeds the rated value.
2. Tension Verification
Use a tension meter to measure the tension and ensure it meets the design value (e.g., rubber belts are typically ____N/m). Adjust the tensioning device if the tension is too tight or too loose.
3. Load Test
Run the conveyor with material for 30 minutes to verify smooth material conveying, smooth unloading, and monitor for issues such as off-center running and abnormal noise.
Commissioning Precautions:
Safety First: Before commissioning, disconnect the power and hang warning signs. Use a safety harness for work at height.
Data Recording: Record commissioning parameters (such as tension value, temperature) for future maintenance reference.
