How to deal with the broken conveyor belt

After the belt is broken, the following treatment methods can be taken:
① When the service life of the belt reaches its service life, it should be replaced with a new belt immediately;
② Use a new belt to replace the damaged or severely deformed belt, and replace the metal clip;
③Strictly control the feeding of bulk materials, ironware, water coal, etc. to the belt;
④ Choose a reasonable tension force of the tension device acting on the belt;
⑤ When purchasing conveyor belts, choose belts with excellent quality and performance;
⑥ Increase the protection device for adjusting the idler roller and preventing deviation. If the belt is stuck by the frame, stop the machine immediately and solve the problem.
