1. Before installation, first check whether there are tensioning pulleys, driving pulleys and passive pulleys on the same plane. Generally speaking, when the center distance is greater than 1 meter, the allowable deviation is 3-4 mm; when the center distance between the two pulleys is less than 1 meter, the allowable deviation is 2-3 mm. If the deviation is too large, it should be tightened and adjusted before installation to meet the requirements. When loading and unloading, the tensioner should be loosened first, or the wheel disc at the continuously variable transmission end should be removed first, and then the belt should be installed or removed.
2. When the new V-belt is too tight to be loaded and unloaded, the pulley should be removed first, and the pulley should be installed after the V-belt is removed or put on. Do not unload it hard. In general, the gang V-belt should be unloaded or loaded after the pulley is unloaded.
3. The V-belt should be replaced in time after failure. When multiple V-belts are used in combination, if some or one of them is effective, the other V-belts should be replaced at the same time, and the old and new belts should not be used at the same time.
4. The tension of the rubber conveyor belt needs to be adjusted well. If the belt is too tight, the belt will wear seriously, and if it is too loose, it is easy to slip.
