The joint vulcanizing equipment is special. Due to the need for cooling, it is different from the ordinary conveyor belt joint vulcanizing machine and requires special equipment. Check whether the joining tools required for vulcanization joints are complete. The steel ribbon adopts split-layer processing. After the processing is completed, the surface of the steps is polished with an angle grinder and a tungsten steel disc; after polishing, the dust and impurities on the surface of the tape are removed, and sk823 hot vulcanizate is applied evenly on the polished part;
Apply RIT unvulcanized rubber core and RIT unvulcanized surface rubber to the joints where sk823 hot vulcanizing agent has been brushed, and lay them as flat as possible. Use a wallpaper knife to make two cuts on the unvulcanized rubber surface to prevent bubbling. Use a vulcanizer to stop heating and pressing the joints. After the time has passed, stop heating. After the vulcanizer is cooled, take out the vulcanizer and use a rubber knife to trim the joints of the conveyor belt. After trimming, vulcanization is complete.
