There are the following types of anti-tear devices for conveyor belts.
(l) Mechanical impedance type. Fill the conveyor belt with impedance elements, such as placing namaste or synthetic fiber ropes horizontally to enhance tearing and impact resistance.
(2) Transmission belt control type. The belt conveyor is equipped with a breaking current sensing element, and the structure of the tape remains unchanged
(3) Embedded metal coil type. Using modern electromagnetic technology, the sensing element is embedded in the audio tape. When the sensing element passes through the transmitting probe, it generates a current and generates a magnetic field. The magnetic field can correspond to the signal of the receiving head to detect the change of the pulse signal at the receiving head.
The belt conveyor is operating normally. The time nodes of the magnetic field and the pulse signal pass intermittently and uniformly, but once the rupture signal is abnormal, the abnormal signal can be detected to prevent longitudinal cracks, deviation, and slippage. Of course, the parts with a predetermined diameter inside the tape must consider the dual requirements of electrical performance and physical performance.
