1. Marking and Initial Measurement: Mark a 1000mm length and slowly tension the belt until the marked line reaches 1002mm.
2. Trial Run Verification: Drive the conveyor belt. If slippage occurs, gradually increase the tension. Confirm the slippage status after each adjustment.
3. Tensioning Device Adjustment:
Vertical Section: Adjust the stroke by loosening or tightening the fixing bolts to ensure the difference between the total length of the conveyor belt and the center distance of the rollers is within 5-5mm.
Roller Section: The adjustment method is the same as the vertical section; simultaneous calibration is required.
4. Precautions:
Avoid large-scale adjustments at once; gradual fine-tuning is necessary.
Regularly check the tension status, as it is affected by factors such as load and temperature.
