I. Pre-Installation Preparation
Equipment Inspection: Confirm that the idlers and rollers rotate freely, are free of foreign objects, and that the frame is sturdy and has equal diagonal lengths.
Tool Preparation: Prepare wire rope, clamps, tensioning devices, etc., ensuring the working rubber side of the conveyor belt faces outwards (the thicker side).
II. Installation Steps
Frame Installation: First, install the head frame, then install the intermediate frame and tail frame in sequence, ensuring the center line is aligned with an error ≤35mm.
Conveyor Belt Laying:
Horizontal Conveyor Belt: Fold the belt section by section onto the idlers from one end, avoiding pressure on the folds.
Inclined Conveyor Belt: Secure the cutting point to prevent slippage and loss of control.
Tensioning and Fixing: Fix one end of the conveyor belt with a clamp, and tighten the other end with rollers until there is no sagging on the return roller.
III. Commissioning and Acceptance
No-Load Test Run: Run for 10-15 minutes, checking for belt misalignment, slippage, and roller temperature, ensuring there are no abnormalities.
Load test: Gradually increase the material, observe operational stability, and adjust the tension until balanced.
Note: Avoid starting under load during installation. Regularly check for misalignment and wear, and adjust promptly.
