1. Clarify Temperature Resistance Standards
Regular PU conveyor belts: The upper limit of temperature resistance is usually 80℃, but in actual use, it is recommended to allow a 10℃ margin, meaning the long-term operating temperature should not exceed 70℃.
Special modified models: Through processes such as transparent polyurethane coating, they can withstand instantaneous high temperatures of 120℃, but the continuous temperature resistance of the specific model needs to be confirmed.
2. Test Core Indicators
Temperature Resistance Test: Simulate high-temperature environments in the laboratory (e.g., 100℃, 125℃, 150℃) to evaluate changes in hardness and tensile strength after material aging.
Environmental Adaptability: Frequent temperature changes or high humidity environments will accelerate performance degradation; choose a model with a temperature resistance 10℃ lower than the nominal value.
3. Selection and Maintenance Recommendations
Application Scenarios: Food processing requires high-temperature sterilization resistance; heavy industry requires attention to tensile strength.
Regular Inspection: Even if there are no faults, check for tooth cracks and impurity accumulation.
