Prevention of conveyor belt breakage

(1) Adjust the tension in the device to avoid excessive tension on the conveyor belt or uneven tension;
(2) Record the use cycle of the conveyor belt in a timely manner and replace the conveyor belt regularly in important sections;
(3) Control the possibility of large pieces of material falling and reasonably design the gap between the material and the conveyor belt;
(4) Carry out quality inspection on conveyor belt connections to prevent conveyor belt quality problems;
(5) If there is a problem with the joint of the defense conveyor belt, deal with it immediately to prevent further deterioration;
(6) Pay attention to the deviation setting of the conveyor belt, and pay attention to the deviation adjustment during operation.
