However, the high temperature resistant conveyor belt usually has a short service life due to its harsh working environment. In order to improve the high temperature resistance and extend the service life of high temperature conveyor belt, the high temperature resistance of SBR, EPDM and silicone rubber was studied from the aspect of covering rubber material of high temperature conveyor belt, and the aramid canvas adhesive layer rubber was developed from the aspect of adhesive layer rubber material. In order to improve the heat resistance of SBR, vulcanization system and blending with EPDM were studied.
SBR vulcanized with diisopropylperoxide has high retention rate but low mechanical strength after aging. SBR vulcanized by sulfur free vulcanization system has better mechanical properties and heat aging resistance. The combination of SBR and EPDM can improve the heat resistance of SBR, but the mechanical strength and wear resistance of SBR decrease. In order to improve the cracking resistance of three EPR, three EPR /FKM blends were used together with fluorine rubber.
In order to prepare high temperature resistant conveyor belt products that can be used for more than 200 years, silicone rubber is selected as the covering material of conveyor belt. The tensile strength of the silicone rubber is more than 9Mpa by using the combination of cumene peroxide vulcanization and fumed silica and precipitated silica.
After 175 aging for 14 days, the retention rate of tensile strength is more than 80%, which solves the problem of adhesion between silicone rubber and polyester canvas. The surface of the polyester canvas is coated with a hot vulcanizing adhesive prepared by polyol, silane coupling agent, hydroxy silicone oil, etc., or the adhesive system is directly added into the silicone rubber, so that the adhesive strength of the silicone rubber and the polyester canvas reaches 6.8N/mm The adhesion rate of adhesive on the surface of polyester canvas is 100%. The high strength and high temperature resistant aramid canvas is selected as the skeleton material, and the oil filled EPDM is used together with natural rubber. The adhesive strength of the prepared adhesive layer rubber material and aramid canvas is up to fifteen point six Newton / mm, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer reaches 25 Newton / mm; after 175 aging for 96 hours, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer still reaches 9.3N/mm , gluing The adhesive strength between the layer and canvas layer is up to 6.8N/mm : at 175, the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the covering layer reaches 8.3N/mm , the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer and the canvas layer reaches 2.4N/mm 。 The high temperature resistant conveyor belt produced by Jingbo rubber in Baoding has been used by customers for more than one year without any problems.
