1. Mild aging (slight discoloration, no obvious cracks, normal elasticity): Under normal temperature, light load, and proper maintenance, it can generally continue to be used for 3-6 months; if subjected to harsh conditions, the remaining life is usually 1-2 months.
2. Moderate aging (fine cracks appear on the surface, reduced elasticity, slight delamination at the edges): Even under good operating conditions, the remaining life is usually only 1-3 months; under heavy load or high temperature environments, it may break and fail within 1 month.
3. Severe aging (large-area cracking, exposed belt core, severe delamination, loss of elasticity): The remaining life is generally no more than 1 month, and breakage may occur at any time; immediate replacement is recommended.
Key Factors Affecting Remaining Service Life:
1. Operating Conditions: Continuing in harsh environments with high temperature, high humidity, heavy loads, or contact with corrosive materials will drastically accelerate aging, reducing the remaining service life by more than half compared to the stated range.
2. Aging Type: Aging caused by mechanical wear will lead to structural fracture faster than natural aging; aging caused by environmental corrosion will continuously damage the material's toughness, further shortening the remaining service life.
