2. Working Environment:
Temperature: PU conveyor belts typically withstand temperatures from -10℃ to +80℃. Prolonged operation in environments exceeding 80℃ will accelerate aging and drastically shorten lifespan.

Humidity and Chemical Contact: Moisture, oil, and disinfectants (such as alcohol) can cause hydrolysis or corrosion, reducing material stability.

3. Load and Operating Conditions: High loads, frequent starts and stops, and improper tension (too tight or too loose) will all exacerbate wear, leading to premature failure.

4. Daily Maintenance: Regular cleaning, checking for misalignment, adjusting tension, and avoiding scratches from sharp objects can effectively extend lifespan. Neglecting maintenance can shorten lifespan by more than 30%.
