I. Foundation and Frame Installation Details for Deviation Prevention
1. Centerline Calibration: Using the laser-projected baseline as a reference, the centerline deviation of the entire frame length should be ≤2mm, and the diagonal length error of a single frame section should be ≤1mm, eliminating lateral stress caused by frame misalignment.
2. Levelness Control: The overall levelness error of the frame should be ≤3‰, and the height difference between the head and tail frames should be strictly controlled within the design allowable range to prevent the belt from shifting to the lower side.
II. Roller and Idler Installation Details for Deviation Prevention
1. Roller Precision Control: The axes of the head and tail rollers must be perpendicular to the conveyor centerline, with a parallelism error ≤0.5mm/m and a roller surface cylindricity error ≤0.2mm, avoiding deviation caused by diameter differences.
2. Idler Installation Specifications: The perpendicularity error between the idler axis and the conveyor centerline should be ≤1°. Idlers should rotate freely without jamming. Install one set of self-aligning idlers every 6-10 sets to achieve automatic deviation correction in advance.
III. Conveyor Belt Connection and Tensioning to Prevent Deviation
1. Joint Precision Control: The straightness deviation of the vulcanized joint center should be ≤3% of the belt width, ensuring completely uniform tension on both sides of the belt and preventing continuous deviation at the joint.
2. Symmetrical Tension Adjustment: The tension screws on both sides are adjusted synchronously and equally to ensure completely consistent tension on both sides of the belt, avoiding deviation caused by excessive tension on one side.
IV. Optimized Supporting Structure to Prevent Deviation
1. Material Drop Point Optimization: The material drop port at the transfer point is aligned with the center of the conveyor belt, and the material offset is controlled within 5% of the belt width to avoid deviation caused by unilateral impact.
2. Auxiliary Anti-deviation Configuration: Use a slightly convex arc-shaped roller in the middle (protrusion height 0.5%-1%), or add guide strips and corresponding grooved rollers at the bottom of the belt to structurally restrict lateral deviation.
