The quality of the installation has the greatest impact on the deviation of the conveyor belt, and the deviation of the conveyor belt caused by the installation error is more difficult to deal with.
1. Deviation caused by installation error
1) Conveyor belt joints are not straight.
The tension on both sides of the conveyor belt is uneven, and the conveyor belt runs to the side with greater tension. In this case, you can adjust the tension on both sides of the rotating drum or the reversing drum to eliminate it. If you still can’t adjust it, correct it. Conveyor belt joints are reconnected.
2) The rack is skewed.
The rack skew includes the rack centerline skew and the high and low sides of the rack, both of which can cause serious deviation and are difficult to adjust. The center line of the conveyor is skewed, and after the head and tail are adjusted, if the deviation of the middle part cannot be corrected, the frame needs to be reinstalled.
3) The pressure of the rubber plates on both sides of the guide groove is uneven.
Due to the uneven pressure of the rubber plates, the running resistance on both sides of the conveyor belt is inconsistent, causing the conveyor belt to deviate. It is relatively easy to deal with this situation. Just adjust the pressure of the rubber plates on both sides.
