1. Conveyor belt slippage
After the motor starts, the transmission roller idles and the conveyor belt slips, and the conveyor belt cannot start. This fault is caused by insufficient conveyor belt tension, improperly adjusted tensioning device, too long conveyor belt, heavy load start, and too much coal piled at the tail of the conveyor belt.
2. Conveyor belt deviation
The reason for deviation is that the conveyor belt generates lateral force during operation. The reasons for the lateral force are as follows: the conveyor loading is biased to one side, not installed in the middle; the installation axis of the roller and the roller is not perpendicular to the center of the conveyor belt; the height of the steel wire rope of the fuselage is inconsistent; the conveyor belt joint is not straight or straight; the position of the coal unloading roller is not adjusted properly; the tail roller and guide roller are not adjusted properly, which can cause the conveyor belt to deviate.
3. Conveyor belt breakage
This reason is caused by excessive conveyor belt tension, loose joints, poor quality of conveyor belt buckles, long use of conveyor belts, poor maintenance quality, etc. The method is to tighten the tensioning device, reduce the tension, replace the new conveyor belt in time, and improve the maintenance quality.
4. Abnormal sound of conveyor belt
This is caused by excessive wear of bearings and gears, too large clearance or loosening of casing stabilizing screws. The solution is to replace bearings, adjust clearance or replace the overall reducer for overhaul.
5. Conveyor belt runs on both sides
This is caused by the conveyor belt being customized too wide, and the conveyor belt touches the guardrail or bracket of the transmission device. The solution is to change the width of the conveyor belt.
