Ideal operating conditions (normal temperature, enclosed, light load, regular maintenance): High-quality products can reach 3 years, or even exceed 5 years. Ordinary light-duty conveyors typically last around 2-3 years.
Harsh operating conditions (high temperature and humidity, strong acid corrosion, long-term heavy load): The lifespan will be shortened to less than 1 year. In extreme environments, replacement is required every 3-6 months.
